Services
Casseus Health & Wellness provides mobile assisted stretching and personal training. Sessions are wellness and fitness services, not medical treatment, physical therapy, or chiropractic care.
Booking & travel
You may book Sunday–Friday, up to 30 days ahead. A booked time is unavailable to others. Mileage and travel fees apply as shown at checkout (Tampa & Bradenton zone $0; Sarasota $25 unless waived on qualifying packages).
Payments
Packages and paid singles are processed by Stripe. Recurring options renew monthly until canceled. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars.
Waiver & refunds
Every package purchase requires the liability waiver, safety disclosure, intake form, and refund policy on this site. Cancel or reschedule by calling or texting 240-571-7253 as soon as you can.
Conduct
A safe space is required at the session location. We may decline or end a session if conditions are unsafe.
